Inspired by Islamic architecture and its clever way of distributing weight using minimal material while achieving great rigidity, Mosk boasts a remarkably light weight of just 3.8 kg. Its looks are a direct result of form following function, rendering the footrest an integral part of the legs in the process making it unique, functional and visually distinctive as well as cost-effective in its production through a basic repetition (total of 8) of one single bent stainless steel tubing element fusing together to form the whole structure, including the footrest, in one chassis ready to receive its top. Welding in the pictured prototype is spot welding while it could also be made using tigg welding to hide welding points.
