Office of an interior design firm located on the eastern side of Singapore. The office sits on a property that was originally a 40 year old apartment. The apartment was revamped and remodeled to bring in natural light with the creation of the air-well. The handrail that was used was of "Peranankan Origin". Peranankan is an ethnic group that stays at the eastern side of Singapore from the beginning of the Independence of the city state (Singapore). Efforts had been made to preserve some of the characteristic features of the old apartment building.
