A planning session "Tokyo Igokochi Ronso (discussion on comfort in Tokyo)" has been established online in order to discuss from the viewpoint of residents, based on the completed plan of "Tomihisa Cross," a redevelopment project for a total of 1,229 houses, aiming for housing that realizes a richer and more comfortable life. New ways of housing, different from the mainly company-focused conventional methods, have been designed by additional work to collect and discuss various ideas in an open environment where anyone can participate. The plan has been polished with the introduction of new ideas for houses based on 40,000 participants and 100,000 opinions, and by summarizing "1,000 ways of comfort" ideas that can be used more efficiently.
