GIGA QUAD is a testing machine that measures rotational bending fatigue. A standard metal specimen is used for the test where measurements are conducted by fixing one end to the main axis and hanging a weight to the other end, placing a certain burden on the specimen. The fatigue strength until the material is torn apart is measured by the number of rotations. While competitors' products can usually only measure one specimen per testing machine, GIGA QUAD can measure four specimens at the same time, enabling more test data to be collected in a shorter time. Furthermore, a corrosion option to test fatigue strength under various circumstances is integrated as a standard feature, and the machine has become more compact compared to our current products. The separate analog buttons on the operating unit are combined together on one operation screen of a tablet terminal. This is a testing machine which increases the safety and reliability of materials while making the research environment more comfortable.
