This project revitalized an old factory into "the base facility of the agriculture". Making use of the unique extensity or structure facilities that original factory had, the green-house-like structures that penetrates the old factory building let it have daylighting and cross ventilation, and it functions as structural reinforcement. The facility has a food processing plant, a market, a kitchen studio, a restaurant, a cafe, and an incubator office, and all of those are joined together by two characteristic halls.
