The owner of this project is Powerlong, the largest city complex developer in China. This project sales center for city complex, which must meet the needs of three functions: sales, investment and show. In this project, we undertake architectural design, landscape design, interior design and FF&E design in the hope to of achieving a concept of integration of the four. Design Description: Concept: Sales and investment are two concepts which are opposite and separated to each other. However, they are also closely related. Thus, the two design themes of the project are opposition and integration with discussion on how to develop to integration from opposition.
