In the course of the revitalization of Bay-Wa’s corporate headquarters in Munich, we developed a holistic interior architectural concept. At the core of the concept is the user experience, with working environments that provide room for inspiration and in which employees and visitors feel welcomed and comfortable. Based on Bay-Wa’s core values - trust, innovation and solidarity - we created design guidelines to reflect these values, which are visible in the selection of colors, materials, finishes, form language, brand communication and workplace philosophy. A house in which Bay-Wa as a brand becomes an experience.
