This pot has the structure of a vacuum bottle, seals heat inside with a vacuum double-wall structure and creates great thermal insulation. It requires less energy when cooking as it can maintain high temperatures for a long time. The trivet is arranged to be placed under the cooking pot after removing the pot from the heat. The dented shape of the trivet contributes to greater heat retention. In Japan, the word "Tanagokoro" means palm of the hand. Fine implements and dishes such as tea bowls are traditionally cradled in the palm of the hand, and the sensuous feel of the material becomes part of the experience of consumption. With this cooking pot designed for Europe, the designers tried to express that appreciation for the tactile sense.
