Efficient communication across nations, time zones and teams is a key challenge for Huawei, one of the world’s leading ICT companies. The CSSD project was designed to help Huawei address the efficiency of internal and external communication with a service design approach. Employees can efficiently schedule meetings, collaborate and conduct remote HD video communications. The CSSD project has been implemented in 173 countries across the globe, including 7,300 conference room designs worldwide. Teams from different fields, including designers, IT experts, and developers worked together, providing efficient meeting services to 300,000 employees and customers worldwide.
