The SDS Design Thinking Toolkit is a tool for innovating the corporate meeting culture. Many people struggle with setting up the right topic, checking the timeframe, recording meetings, and establishing what should be done next. This can lead to negative outcomes such as misleading topics, and a passive attitude towards the meeting by participants. To solve such serious issues, we developed the tools suitable for the objectives of every collaboration steps focusing on design, visual identity, mind identity and behavior identity. While building this toolkit, we considered how to define meeting goals and problems, create various ideas, and prototyped quickly.
