For some time, there has been a trend toward minimalist windows, i.e. windows with narrow sightlines, concealed sashes and concealed hardware (hinges). However, until now it has not been possible to conceal the window handle, i.e. the element required to operate the window. This window handle (which is finished in the same color as the frame) is concealed in the window sash with the result that no handle is visible on the frame when the window is viewed head-on, allowing for a clean architectural appearance.
