This used to be an abandoned duplex two-story building and has now been converted into a commercial space. To preserve the spirit of the old house, original parts are widely integrated with new design concepts. The traditional window grilles, wooden truss of the roof, cement sheet, brick wall and staircase are well-preserved and melt into new design. The project also introduces another user experience into this space, to create a new value in an old house. This project fully displays the design integration of two generations, the continuity of culture, and the rebirth of an old building.
