The Office of 1978 Culture East Bank Creative Park is a renovation project of a paper-making factory. This park used to be a landmark industrial park in Zengcheng City, namely, Zengcheng Paper Mill in the Cultural Revolution period. Therefore, this place is full of deep collective memories. On the premise of showing full respect for the original factory, the designer redesigned the internal function attributes of the park and found a balance between the functions and the protection of industrial heritage and the respect for cultural memories.
