An apartment building located in an urban center with offices and apartments lining up near to each other, would need special arrangements to keep moderate distance from its surrounding area. This apartment has a semi-open area covered with screen of bricks arranged in honeycomb pattern which creates a new kind of connection to the outside. While keeping a low production cost, this apartment manages to bring diversity into its room plans and paints a new scenery for the neighborhood which is the aim of this housing complex prototype.
