Easy Locked Cushion is an easy-to-operate and safe protective packaging for frangible TFT-LCD Panel Glass. Originated in Chinese ancient wooden door latch, the concept contains a foamed buffer lock and compound ABS & rubber bumper bar. To open it just remove the buffer lock and horizontally push the bumper bar, then it will facilitate pack / unpack operations and avoid glass surrounding COFs damage. When closing it, bumper bar not only functions as cushion to protect, its gears also constitute a seat belt interlocking structure to avoid sudden shocks causing glass breakage. Benefit is to save 50% packagingtime and up to 35% damage compared with common ones.
