With an accessible exhibition program the Kunsthal Rotterdam attracts a broad, fresh audience. Even without a permanent collection. This collection is shown on the homepage by way of a timeline with an overview of 25 years (and still counting) of remarkable exhibitions. The website design reflects the Kunsthal’s interior and the architecture of Rem Koolhaas. Like the Kunsthal itself, the narrative webpages unite art, culture and society. The website is then an exhibit in itself. Surprising, inspiring and unlike any other cultural institution.
