The deep, varied flavors of traditional Korean traditional spirits start from rice. Rice Wine Bottle is a design for a standard reusable bottle, designed to hold many different types of traditional Korean liquor. The design's inspiration comes from the shape, structure and color of the main ingredient, rice – before and after milling the husk. The bottle design can embrace the many unique varieties of spirits and speaks to communicate the origin of the product. The two distinct forms also provide tactile communication regarding the strength of the liquor, smooth or hard, allowing universal access for those who are visually impaired.
