Magdeburg in a state of emergency. In June 2013, the whole city struggled against flooding. A year later, Städtische Werke Magdeburg (SWM) is looking back at these events. A gripping report was produced that successfully combines the challenges for and concerns of Magdeburg’s citizens with the spirit of SWM.
