In addition to increased thermal insulation, VELUX shutters offer optimized heat protection and total blackout. VELUX shutters are available as solar, electric or manual versions. They are precisely fitted to VELUX windows and therefore quickly and easily installed. The shutters blend in smoothly with the roof due to their slim design. Thanks to the minor curvature of the foam filled lamellae, the top casings have become slimmer. The integration of the solar cells has been optimized, the drive units in the automatic versions have been improved – they are now running quicker and quieter. Optimized guide rails make the installation easier.
