QTD-403, an ultra-slim 21.5” widescreen LED monitor, revolutionizes the way a monitor is made with its “Smart Panel” concept. Rather than using a back cover, the back of the “Smart Panel” becomes the cover itself, thus reducing the panel’s thinness to 0.87 cm only and the numbers of tooling needed. Esthetically, the use of metallic material on the base, stand and the front’s lower part, where function buttons are placed, results in a premium feel.
