16.5 micron pure, elastic Saxon merino wool. A yarn, five times thinner then a human hair, guarantees highest comfort, but makes considerable demands to material and production. Especially farmed Saxon merinos produce a maximum of 5 kg wool per year, which impresses due to its whiteness and natural gloss. It is washed with Marseille soap, combed and spun. Out of 1 kg wool results an extremely thin, up to 180 km long yarn. Optical sensors detect every defect. At the end results a product with anti-felt treatment, similar to Kashmir. 3-dimensional knitting technology transforms it to a hightech underwear.
