Aimed at reducing the number of non-reusable inputs (plastic bottles and cups), the project uses porcelain. A noble, strong and durable material with a language that reinterprets old jugs, clay containers used to hold water, by means of contemporary esthetics, while distancing itself from the conventional model of utility. By not using enamel on the inside of the product, the principle characteristic of original jugs is upheld: natural cooling, while maintaining the low temperature of the liquid held within, due to the porosity of the material, which absorbs part of the liquids heat, a natural means of obtaining fresh water.
