Through the concerted use of different kinds of media, the integration of history of displaced persons is told in a concise and entertaining manner. The visitor enters the exhibition through a typographic curtain, crosses a walkable map that is projected with animated arrows and – by passing a door that continuously rotates around its own axis – gets to the “Field of Encounter”, where 28 vitrines tell individual stories. The mirrored walls extend the field of vitrines infinitely in all directions.
