GK-Center Telekom
Since 2009 Deutsche Telekom has been presenting its solutions for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises under the standardized term of "Telekom Business Customers". The objective is to convey the benefits of the products for "Connected Work" from a user perspective. The “Business Customer Center” platform shows film scenarios of business products where employees of a fictional reference ("The Company") demonstrate the product benefits in practical use. Users can select scenarios presenting different application perspectives – ranging from entrepreneurs to mobile workers. The content of the platform has been structured based on the real needs of the target group such as "Cost Optimization" or "Working Anywhere".
