The HP Mini 210 introduces the unique partial matte IMD technology (In Mould Decoration) to the consumer notebook industry. The distinctive “HP Imprint technology” has the high gloss pattern applied on top of the matte anodized surface. This technology incorporates the mix of gloss and matte finishes creating visually exciting surface treatments that reduces finger prints and smudges seen on most glossy surfaces. The process allows the two different finishes to be combined during manufacturing creating one finished part without the need for any secondary processes. This technology allows HP to have design expressions while providing efficient production methods.
