“Where great pioneers meet!” The Dornier Museum Friedrichshafen conveys the pioneering spirit in two storylines. Colored themed cubes give the main points in the Hangar, which is an authentic location for large exhibits of the aerospace technology. The Museum Box offers a chronological approach. The change in the company’s and general history is expressed in a changing spatial design. Huge showcases divide the single exhibition areas and offer, with their back glass that can either be used as a projection surface for historical footage or allows a “look through time” by being transparent.
