The side-opening glass door extends the full height of the oven and is available with your choice of a stainless steel (shown here) or aluminum-look backing. The LCD function display is integrated into the door with control knobs and touch-sensitive keys for easy operation. Steam cooking with or without convection. Steaming at ambient pressure with 100% humidity and electronic temperature control from 30° C to 100° C. Also offers low-temperature steaming, defrosting, and dough proofing. Stainless steel interior. Includes a 1.3 l water tank which is easy to insert and use.
