The flashlight uses a single LED that combines all three primary colors to emit a full color spectrum. The user simply rotates the flashlight until the desired color on the strip is facing upwards, and the color of light will change accordingly. The variety of colors can serve different functions, such as: white for general lighting, red for emergencies, yellow for warnings, and blue for nighttime lighting. The flashlight also has a flashing mode, which is activated by shaking the flashlight. When the flashlight is dropped into water, it will float vertically and automatically send out SOS light signals.
