The 900 mm wide CG hob has five individually adjustable cooking zones. In the center of the hob is a 3-zone heating element which can accommodate even a 35 cm diameter pasta pot. The front edge of the ceramic hob features an approx. 35 mm wide beveled area. On this control panel are the five touchSliders that regulate the hot plates. The oblong grid area is like a tactile guideway. The user sets the heating level (illuminated by LED) by lightly sliding the touchSlider with the fingertip. Pressing “0” on the far left switches off the heating element, while pressing “+” on the far right sets it to high.
