This proximity sensor SME/SMT-8M is part of a new modular sensor system. Technical specifications such as cable length, cable quality and connector technology are freely selectable. The sensors are inserted into an appropriate slot from above and securely retained by means of the simple, sturdy central fastening principle. They are fully compatible with all profile cylinders with T-slot and round cylinder drive systems using the corresponding mounting kits. The raised switching point mark on the top simplifies accurate installation. The housing is transparent around the integrated LED.
