A bar code scanner which is highly reliable and not easily damaged. A laser scan engine with a built-in decoder is used for this scanner. Passed a shock test of dropping OPR-3001 to a concrete floor from a height of 2.0 meters and achieved protection degrees of IP54. Attached a rubber grip around its handle and a trigger guard surrounding its trigger to achieve more comfortable holding for longer scanning operations.
