The OXO Utility Knife features an innovative blade storage and replacement solution that’s safe and easy to use. A large lever at the base of the handle pulls in the same direction as the door to unlock and open it in one motion. The spring-loaded blade cartridge presents the safe edge of the replacement blades upon opening. At the tool-end, intuitive visual cues aid the user in sliding the new blade into place. A magnet holds the new blade securely and the door can be swung closed, locked, and the knife is ready for use.
