The DAR-RH7000 is a home theater system with DVD recorder and hard disk. The system employs the feel of hairline-finish aluminum and the quality of silver to achieve an integrated system. The main unit is crafted from a curved plate, free of joints, yielding a smooth flow from the top to the front. The clever use of color at the bottom creates an impression that the aluminum plate wraps the unit all the way round. The front panel part, which includes both the disk slot and display window, uses an angled surface with a semi-mirror finish to skillfully conceal infrequently used operating buttons and make the display on the panel easy to read. Frequently used buttons are concentrated on the front upper right-hand side for easy access.
