The Unit program CONVOTHERM Combi Steamer consists of a total of 28 different units for the different user- and application situations within gastronomy all the way to communal catering. The operation panel, size and position, the handle and the viewing window are the determinating factor in the design. The handle insures smooth uncomplicated opening and closing even while wearing the required protective gloves. The operating panel is designed very simple and easily comprehensible to avoid possible erroneous operational mishaps with non specialised personnel. The disappearing door insures more space and elbow room even in small kitchens, thus making a simple and smooth loading of the oven possible without having a door in the way.
Due to hygienic regulation all units are made of stainless steel with a uniform surface throughout.
