Based on the theme "Japanese modern," this design pursues Japan's unchanging factors of beauty. This form incorporates the surface tension and dynamic structural factors of the straight lines and curves of the Japanese stringed instrument the koto. The color variation used is based on two traditional Japanese colors: the vivid image of vermilion and a deep black like Japanese lacquer. Based on shared concepts with the external appearance, the screen design pursues a consistent beauty that does not vary with the times or fashions.
