The project is located in Nanshan, Shenzhen. The designer transformed the abandoned warehouse into an academic exchange centre. The main functional areas include reception hall, small conference room, bar, tea room, cigar bar, rest area, wine cellar, Chinese restaurant, box, ladder conference hall and reading area.
