The monocoque structure of the Nova EB consists of glass-reinforced plastic (GRP). It is distinguished by clear lines and largely does without disturbing bolts, flaps, handles or hinges. Instead, elaborate inset hinges and push-to-open locks have been installed, and the ventilation grille of the refrigerator was painted in the colour of the vehicle so as to not disturb the reduced appearance. The entrance door has been significantly widened and blends flush into the exterior, as do the awning, the darkened side windows and the large rear window.
