On the 180 × 180 cm wall clock, time is represented with an innovative concept. On a matrix of 110 seemingly randomly arranged letters, the course of time is presented in five-minute steps. The four illuminated dots in the corners show the minutes exactly. The 12-carat white gold alloy of the front surface consists of equal parts of silver and gold. White gold leaves are applied by hand to the front in the manufactory and the surface is refined in a patination process. The oxidised silver part generates an irregular patina which is fixed after receiving the desired colour and provides each clock with an individual surface structure.
