The PrintCube is a small flexible unit for printing out photos that can be transferred via Wi-Fi from a smartphone or tablet. This is done using a mobile browser app so that the user does not require a separate program to initiate the printing process. As an alternative, an app for Android and iOS is available with which printing orders can be created on the go and sent to a nearby PrintCube via the cloud. The printing process is not initiated until the user confirms the order at the PrintCube with a QR code. The printer has a small footprint and can thus be placed virtually anywhere.
