This minimalist, biodegradable tableware is made from rice husk fibres and natural plant starch. Thus, it can be composted and then re-used as an environmentally-friendly fertiliser. In addition, Mosaic was designed with regard to the versatility of the Asian cuisine: available in four colours and three different sizes, this tableware allows flexibility for any table layouts and can be stored in a space-saving manner, meeting all the needs especially in the catering business.
