The free-standing BetteArt bathtub appears as if it had been made from a single piece of material with an extremely narrow rim. It looks light, yet is spacious and influences the space it is in in equal measure. The design required a slender, narrow bath rim in which the exterior follows the interior, leaving only as much of a gap as is technically necessary. This emphasises the sculptural character of the bath. The steel/enamel material used offers a combination of great stability and sturdiness coupled with a brilliant, durable and hygienic finish.
