The stewpot Nest from Taiwan is manufactured from clay and gravel sand. Its materials ensure that the heat is evenly distributed and stored for long. Thus, the flavour is retained even after prolonged cooking. The design language of the pot in combination with the trivet evokes a bird’s nest and is to symbolise that all family members live together in one house. Metal rods stacked on top of each other form the airy trivet.
