The Dyson Airblade Tap hand dryer washes and dries hands without needing to leave the wash basin. Infrared sensors register the position of the hands and activate the jet of water. To dry the hands, an integrated electronic system subsequently activates two high-velocity streams of air, which come out of the tap’s branches. The major components of the system are housed separately under the wash basin.
