The slim-shaped Evoko Liso room booking system ensures the effective use of conference rooms. Double bookings, misunderstandings and interrupted meetings become a thing of the past. A panel, equipped with a touchscreen, is situated near to the respective conference room. Users are able to call up the reservation status and, depending on the frame colour seen: green or red, ascertain straight away if the room is currently free or not. A reservation or cancellation can be made either directly on the touchscreen or from a computer.
