The stress releaZer contains a vibration motor. When the user lays the device on the diaphragm, it facilitates access to relaxed breathing. To adapt the breathing training to the personal state of health in the best possible way, three cycles with different lengths are at the user’s disposal. A switchable illuminated ring pulses at the configured breathing rhythm and acts as a mood light. Optionally, a heat function at the bottom can be activated for further relaxation.
