The meat°it cooking probe is completely wireless. The approximately 6 mm thick, pointed stainless-steel probe with black ceramic cap is equipped with two sensors. They precisely measure the core temperature of the meat as well as the speed of roasting and the residual cooking time. The probe connects via Bluetooth with a tablet or smartphone, where all information is clearly shown in an app. The thermometer has 24-hour battery life and is high temperature resistant: it withstands flare-up for up to three minutes.
