By means of a sensor, it is possible to gain exact measurement as well as precise setting and maintaining of every cooking temperature between 30 and 250 degrees Celsius. The “Probe ControlTM” thermometer controls the exact temperature of the ingredients directly in the cooking utensils. Temperature and time settings can be memory-stored for reproducible results.
