The video measuring microscopes of the MM-OS Series measure and evaluate very small components with One Shot technology. Each component is no longer analysed in several steps but measured in one “shot”: within seconds, fully automatic and at any torsional angle. This is guaranteed by the high-resolution colour camera with its telecentric lens in combination with the durable LED incident light, which provides clear illumination.
