The b-box 3 home gateway can be used horizontally, vertically and by means of wall mounting. This is possible due to ventilating slits on all sides, assuring passive cooling of the internal components. The gateway has been designed in a way that it can be upgraded by interlocking additional units as new technology comes on the market. This is reflected also in its reduced form language, oriented to long life.
