The 0.7 litre capacity of this bowl of the Bistro series has the right size for mixing, for instance, desserts in it. As with the other models in the collection, the bowl is made of BPA-free plastic. The bowl is therefore suitable even for heating the ingredients in the microwave (without oil). After use it can be cleaned in the dishwasher without problem.
